We’re committed to providing high-quality translation services with flexible subscription options. Below is our policy for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

🔄 Cancellation Terms

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Shopify account. No cancellation fees apply.
  • Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll retain access until then.
  • Annual Commitment: If you cancel an annual plan early, cancellations take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle. You’ll retain access until then.

💸 Refunds

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you're not satisfied, please contact us for a feedback review to make things right.

📦 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital services, returns are not applicable once a project has been started. However:

  • Production is only started once you approve the project quote.

⚙️ Subscription Management

  • Manage your plan (Supersize, downgrade to Basic, or cancel) via your Shopify account.
  • Monthly renewal confirmations are sent by email for monthly plans, annually for annual plans.
  • Auto-reload is enabled by default; opt-out is available.
