Welcome to Megalexis! By subscribing to our translation services through Shopify, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth experience for all our clients.
🧾 General Terms
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Subscriptions are prepaid and billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, risk-free
- Satisfaction is guaranteed: If you're not satisfied, contact us for a feedback review. We'll make things right.
📦 Service Scope
- Services include English to French (Canada) translation only.
- Deliverables are provided in the same format as the original file and absed on the selected plan restrictions (e.g., Word, PDF, PowerPoint)
- Certified translations are only available for the MegaHuman Supersized plan.
- Machine translation services include a disclaimer releasing Megalexis from liability for errors due to software limitations.
🔐 Confidentiality
- Megalexis follows strict confidentiality protocols to protect your data.
- Clients will submit and receive project documents via the Megalexis secured and crypted web portal.
- Clients may specify additional security requirements during project submission.
📈 Subscription Management
- Subscriptions are managed via your Shopify account.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
- Monthly renewal confirmations are sent by email.
- Auto-reload is enabled by default; opt-out is available.
📊 Usage & Limits
- Word banks are allocated monthly and do not roll over.
- Minimum project word usage applies:
- MegaMachine: 320 words
- MegaHuman: 250 words
- Production cadence varies by plan (e.g., 1,750 words/day for MegaMachine).

For machine translation services:
Megalexis employs the best available software, but since machine translation involves minimal human intervention, errors may occur. By requesting this service, you release Megalexis from liability for any inaccuracies.
